Our setups can be used indoors or outdoors. Our mats are interlocking and grass may cause mats to pull apart during play, for best results we recommend a flat surface.Â
All setups are intended for ages 1-6 with the exception of our 8x8 ball pit that can accommodate ages 1-10.

Yes. All equipment is cleaned after each use, including all ball pit balls. We also disinfectant the softplay equipment after setup right before an event.
We charge a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure a date. The deposit is due within 72 hours of booking unless an alternative deadline was discussed.
The total balance is due prior to 48 hours before the event. This can be paid at any time through your quickbooks link provided after booking.
We do. We will not process any booking without a signed waiver. Our waiver can be signed here.
If your event is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy can be found here.
We will not set up equipment outdoors if rain is forecasted, as this may cause permanent damage to equipment and pose safety concerns. If you are booking outdoors, please prepare an alternate location for the setup that would be covered or indoors if rain were forecasted.
We send our invoices through quickbooks. This gives our clients to option to use a debit or credit card. Other payment methods may be available upon request.
